Returns:

 We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item you received is incorrect (not the one you ordered).
• The item has a production imperfection or defect.

All such items must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of your order for a refund/ replacement claim and must be sent to us in their original packing within 14 working days.

Any claims that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.

Replacements:

• You have the right to request a replacement or refund for incorrect item(s).
• If you choose a replacement, we will send the new item(s) free of charge.

Refunds:

If you prefer a refund, we will process it within 15 to 30 days after receiving the returned item.
