Al Jalil Fabrics ensure that your shopping experience is seamless from start to finish. We process and ship orders efficiently so you can enjoy your fabrics as soon as possible.

Order Processing

In Karachi:

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way!

Outside Karachi (Rest of Pakistan):

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 7 working days.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.

Same Day Delivery in Karachi

For orders placed before 3:00 PM we offer same day delivery within Karachi (depending on your location).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Store Pickup in Karachi

We offer the convenience of store pickup in Karachi. If you prefer to pick up your order in person you can select this option at checkout.

Our Pickup Location:

Al Jalil Fabrics Location: Plot# 115, Ahmed Chamber, 2nd Floor, Arif Hassan Ali Compound, Arif J-JA Street, II Chundrigar Road, Karachi, Pakistan.

Once your order is ready for pickup we will notify you via email or phone call so you can collect your fabric at your convenience.

Delivery Information

Real time Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package progress in real time.

Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Our shipping fee starts at Rs. 300 and may vary based on your location.

  • We partner with trusted third party carriers to ship orders within 2 to 7 working days across Pakistan.

Note: We currently only offer shipping within Pakistan.

Refunds Returns and Exchanges

Al Jalil Fabrics want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is our easy process for returns and refunds:

Returns:

  • You can return unused and unworn fabrics within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The fabric must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Damaged Items:

  • If your fabric arrives damaged contact us immediately at support@aljalilfabrics.com or (+92) 330-4008111 with your order number and a photo of the damage.

  • We will work with you to provide a satisfactory solution whether it is a replacement or a refund.
